Our Process

Follow these simple steps to get your child the help they deserve.

1

Submit Inquiry

Our intake team will contact you within 48 hours.

2

Provide Documentation

As part of the intake process, we will need documentation of ASD diagnosis and all pertinent insurance details for your child.

3

Verify Insurance Eligibility

Upon receipt of your child’s insurance information, our intake team will contact your insurance company to verify eligibility of coverage and authorization to conduct an assessment with your child. Receiving authorization can take 3-5 business days.

4

Insurance Authorization

Once authorization is recieved, one of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will contact you to schedule an in-home assessment.

5

Child Assessment

During an in-home assessment, our BCBA will work with your child for several hours and then write an extensive evaluation report that the insurance company will review. In addition, the BCBAs will determine the number of hours needed and wait for insurance approval before starting services. Typically, children are approved for 10-30 hours of services per week, which includes time for weekly supervision and treatment planning, as well. Team meetings and social skill group participation may also become available to your child, depending on individual needs.

6

Therapy

The individualized ABA therapy plan will be developed by our Behavior Analyst and carried out by our highly trained ABA specialists, under supervision. Our therapist team represents various cultures with service providers who are fluent in several languages.
